Job Description

This role is responsible for managing all operational needs of the DCI connectivity business. It primarily involves direct engagement with customers on their day-to-day requests and queries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assume the role of customer onboarding subject-matter-expert and provide onboarding guidance to customers
  • Ensure that all customer queries and requests to DCI services are responded to on a timely manner
  • Understand customer needs, explore and realize opportunities in upselling/cross-selling SGX services to participants
  • Process customers’ requests in accordance to the Standard Operations Procedure and ensure the billing process are executed accurately and timely
  • Work with various team to resolve any technical, operational and business issues that impacts the DCI services
  • Manage the DCI account receivables, including identifying and managing any doubtful or bad debt situations
  • Constantly reviewing and improving both customer service and business process efficiency
  • Report on trends on customer adoption/subscription of DCI services
  • Identify and highlight to SGX or DCI product/services stakeholders on the impediments to wider adoption by the target customer
  • Ensure audits and regulatory reporting/requirements are in place and adhered to

 

Job Requirements

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with an appropriate degree
  • Strong network connectivity and API programming knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and manage/collaborate in a matrix structure with conflicting agendas
  • Strong business acumen and project management required for structuring product roll-out; must be hands-on person
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities to meet unit ‘s deadlines
  • Ability to establish and manage professional Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer relationships.
  • Effective interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets technology ecosystem will be preferred
  • Experience in product management and/or product development preferred
